In 1965, Don Jerke started Jerke Construction Co. with one crane and the ambition to expand. By June of 1970, Jerke Construction Co. was fully incorporated. Over the decades, the company grew significantly, expanding its fleet to include a wide range of cranes, tractors, forklifts, step decks, low boys, and trailers. This growth allowed Jerke Construction to tackle complex projects with exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
In 2024, Landwehr Construction recognized the value and reputation of Jerke Construction and acquired the operation. Today, Jerke operates as a Division of Landwehr, continuing its tradition of excellence while benefitting from the additional resources and support.
